The BEST Waffle
Serves: 1
Serving Size: 1 waffle
Ingredients:
2 tbs oat flour
1 tbs coconut flour
1 tsp truvia
1 tbs nonfat plain greek yogurt
3 egg whites
1/4-1/3 cup almond milk
*Optional: fruit, nut butter
Directions:
1. Heat waffle maker
2. Mix together all ingredients (the batter should be somewhat thick)
3. Cook according to your waffle makers instructions (mine cooks for 3-4 minutes)
4. Top with your favorites, I use berries and almond butter!
