Protein Chocolate Chex Bars
When I think Rice Krispies, I immediately think back to my childhood. Rice Krispies were one of the go-to sweet treat for me! So, why not make an adult-version Rice Krispy treat? Throw in some chocolate and protein... Even better!
Ingredients:
3 cups chocolate Chex cereal
1/2 cup chocolate JIF Whips, chocolate peanut butter, or Nutella
1 scoop chocolate Lean Body for Her Whey (Check it out here www.labrada.com/store/wheyisolateforher.html)
1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
2. Coat 9x9 with nonstick spray
3. Evenly press mixture into pan
4. Freeze for 2-3 hours
5. Take out and cut into 16 squares
6. Store in fridge or freezer
