Almond Flour Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 tbs almond flour
1 tbs coconut flour
1 egg
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tbs nonfat plain greek yogurt
1/2 tbs honey or agave nectar
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Pour batter into 3 pancakes.
3. Cook about 3 minutes or until golden brown on each side.
4. Top with peanut butter and berries.
