Pumpkin Protein Truffle
Serves: 8
Serving Size: 1 truffle
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup oats
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (I used Sunwarrior)
2 tbs natural almond butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
8 dark chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F
2. Mix all ingredients, except chocolate chips
3. Roll mixture into 8 balls
4. Press 1 chocolate chip into the top of each ball
5. Bake for 10 minutes
