Egg White Oats
This is my go-to breakfast! I usually have egg white oats every morning during the week, when I'm on a time crunch. Egg white oats or "proats" (protein oats) are a perfect option before heading out to work or school for the day.
Mixing egg whites into your oatmeal provides a creamy texture and adds protein to the most important meal of the day!
While the egg white oat base is the same, there are many different variations you can try. My favorite way to prepare my oats is with nut butter and fruit!
