Pumpkin Energy Bites
Ingredients:
*makes 18 bites
1 cup oats
1/4 cup peanut butter or almond butter
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 tbs agave
1 tsp cinnamon
*You can throw in some chocolate chips, raisins, or chopped nuts, too!
Directions:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Scoop out a tablespoon of batter and roll into a ball.
4. Place each bite onto parchment paper, about 1/2 inch apart.
5. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
