Savory Egg Sandwich
Serves: 1
Serving Size: 1 sandwich
Ingredients:
2 slices whole grain bread (I used Dave's Killer Bread-Thin Sliced)
2 slices turkey bacon
1 egg
1 egg white
Sea salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Combine egg and egg white
2. Cook over medium heat, like an omelet
3. Place turkey bacon in a pan, over medium heat
4. Flip bacon after 3-4 minutes
5. Toast both slices of bread
6. Sprinkle eggs with sea salt and pepper
7. Place eggs and bacon on top of one slice of toast, top with the other slice
